      Learning center courses are self-paced, but offered in time-bound sections. The course is available to the student for a long period to accomodate other work obligations.

CORE202 CRBasic Programming, Student

Prerequisite: Must have taken CORE101 & CORE201

This course is designed to help new employees or students on how to use the CRBasic Editor to modify programs from the ShortCut Program Generator app to take the functionality to a more advanced level. Short Cut is covered in the course but programming exercises will be created in CRBasic Editor. 

The course will require the student to create programs then send them to a remote datalogger at the Campbell Scientific bank of dataloggers and see the results of the program in real time.

CORE201 Loggernet, Student

Prerequisite: Must have taken CORE101 - Field Technician Training

This course will help the student become familiar with the LoggerNet software and each of its components. It will help with navigation, as well as indicating which apps or modules will be useful to help students quickly accomplish tasks.

This will introduce how to set up the computer to talk to the measurement equipment, how to do tasks such as collect data, view data, and monitor network connections.

CORE101 Field Technician Training, Student

In this on-line Level-1 Technician Training course students will use support apps to direct connect a computer to a Campbell data logger to retrieve its data and check its clock, health, and live measurements.  Students will then create a simple data logger program, send it to the data logger, and verify that the logger is correctly measuring the desired data.  Additional training will cover physical setup of a measurement station, the five different measurement types, proper design of a station's power supply, station grounding, and station maintenance.

CORE101-IT Formazione per tecnici di campo

In questo corso di formazione on-line per tecnici di livello 1, gli studenti utilizzeranno le applicazioni di supporto per collegare direttamente un computer a un data logger Campbell per recuperarne i dati e controllarne l'orologio, lo stato di salute e le misurazioni in tempo reale.  Gli studenti creeranno quindi un semplice programma di registrazione dati, lo invieranno al data logger e verificheranno che il logger misuri correttamente i dati desiderati.  La formazione complementare riguarderà l'impostazione fisica di una stazione di misura, i cinque diversi tipi di misura, la corretta progettazione dell'alimentazione della stazione, la messa a terra della stazione e la manutenzione della stazione.

CORE101-FR Formation des techniciens de terrain

Dans ce cours de formation en ligne de niveau 1, les étudiants utiliseront des applications de support pour connecter directement un ordinateur à un enregistreur de données Campbell afin de récupérer ses données et de vérifier son horloge, son état de santé et ses mesures en temps réel.  Les étudiants créeront ensuite un programme simple d'enregistrement de données, l'enverront à l'enregistreur de données, et vérifieront que l'enregistreur mesure correctement les données souhaitées.  La formation complémentaire portera sur l'installation physique d'une station de mesure, les cinq différents types de mesures, la conception correcte de l'alimentation électrique d'une station, la mise à la terre de la station et l'entretien de la station.
